Bug Report Past 4K Live streaming no problems, since last few updates Streams seem like 20Fps

Months ago when I first started to game and stream at 4K most of my streams were pretty rock solid, but over the past few OBS updates, my streams seem to be getting bogged down, it seems the streams are only at around 15 to 20 frames per second, and after 20 minutes of Live streaming I am lucky the image changes once a minute, and sometimes when the stream is going well it just stops after 30 minutes, How is it that my system could stream fallout 76 at ultra maximum settings for over 7 and half hours smoothly and now I am lucky to stream a stuttering 15 Fps for 20 minutes or so?
