Pan the contents of a source within a fixed crop area.

Right now I have to edit the crop values manually If I want to move what is viewable within the crop boundaries. For example if I want to move what is viewable up and to the left, I have to edit very precisely all 4 crop values numerically. I find this overly tedious.

What I would ike:
Toggle crop move mode on
drag viewable area to the location on the camera source I want, done.

think of it this way...
Imagine a picture frame. the frame represents the boundaries of the cropped source. I want those values to remain consistent along with the position of the frame to remain consistent.
What I then want to be able to do (or something close) is to 'grab' the picture and move the picture around freely up/down/left/right ideally moving with the mouse cursor. But I do not want the physical location of the boundaries to be moved, only the image portion. so it would essentially be like moving a picture into position behind a frame, framing the specific part of the source.

I have this source in a pixel perfect location and I do not want to alter it so tediously.

I can explain further my specific use case for this:
I have a webcam source that i have cropped to fit a boarder.
I simply want to be able to move the part of the webcam source that is viewable without adjusting the values manually (want to move the camera up? +20 crop bottom -20 crop top... etc.. etc.. etc... 1 pixel at a time till its correct...

OR
Toggle crop move mode on
drag viewable area to the location on the camera source I want, done.

Maybe there is an entirely better way to go about making something like this happen but the whole idea is to have a simple streamlined way to adjust what area of an image is cropped, outside of the alt+drag a side.
