Overwatch while streaming causing FPS drops on OBS

I am having a issue when in game and streaming on Overwatch my FPS is dropping on OBS and following my ingame FPS to drop as well
I have a i9-1900 and a 3060 ti / 16 GB Ram

I am not sure what the issue is as this is something that I am only dealing with on Overwatch and other games are working fine

Turn off game DVR in windows settings and turn off xbox game bar. According to the log, you are using “display capture”. Use “game capture”. Set your bitrate to 4500; you currently have it set to 3000. Set your FPS to 60.
