Question / Help Overwatch Video Playback Lag help :)

Hey guys i'v seen all this post but none of them worked for me so I decided to make my own I want to record Overwatch gameplay (not stream) game itself runs smooth but playback recording is extremely laggy how can I fix it thanks A lot in advance :)
