Question / Help Overwatch stuttering dual monitor

Hello, I'm trying to stream overwatch but it's literally impossible because the stuttering is too much.
My pc
win 7 x64
i5 3570k
GTX 970
16 GB ram
SSD
2x monitors

I literally play Overwatch with everything at minimum 1280 x 720 locked 60fps no v-sync, my preset for streaming is something like 30fps 540p 1400 bitrate veryfast
