Question / Help Overwatch Streaming Lag

Help me please. I try to stream overwatch, but the stream will look amazing, but when i play i feel laggy and choppy. i had 5000 bit rate, but its even the same at 1000 bit rate. idk what else to do. thank you for anyone willing to help a person like me.

Why are you using the OpenGL command line to run OBS in OpenGL? There is absolutely no reason to use it as it performs worse than in Direct3D 11. Switch it back in the advanced options.
