there is my latest log file. I cannot seem to get past this issue. I did not have this issue at all when running streamlabs OBS, but recently switched to StreamElements OBS, due to 100% of the people I talked to say its better. So I get the overloaded encoder error nearly non stop. I got the i9900K, 32 GB of ram, 2080ti, z390 MSI Meg Ace mother board, 1200 watt PS. When I review my logs for my GPU/CPU they never hit max load, so I am unsure as to why I keep getting this error.
I have discord and can screen share if this would speed up the troubleshooting process. Thank you for any help i can get :)
