Question / Help Overloaded Encoder need help

it wasnt doing this for days my stream settings have been the same for the past few days and today i get an overloaded encoding message and it will be fine for the first few min of the game then it will say encoding overloaded. ive never got this message before from obs but like i said everything was fine until today and i dont have much programs in the background and only one tab open when im streaming the log file says my cpu is at 4008mhz but its actually at 4600mhz

AC:Origins uses a metric shit ton of CPU compared to other games, it's not leaving enough for even Faster x264

yeah i know that but its doing it in every game now when i used to be able to stream no problems its doing it in pubg and escape from tarkov when i was streaming these games just a few days ago with the same exact settings with NO PROBLEM and i thought it was temp but my temps dont go over 70 when streaming and playing games at the same time
