Overload Encoding with Good Computer ! / Problème d'encodage avec un bon ordinateur.

Hello,

First of all please excuse me for the mistakes, I will use google traducation to explain my problem in english.

My configuration / Ma configuration:

- CPU → i7-7700k 4.20Ghz (no heating worries)
- RAM → 16Go 2400Mhz (2*8)
- GPU → Nvidia 1060 6Go INNO3D with Driver 432 (I intentionally put this one because it is the most efficient in my humble opinion) (J'ai volontairement pris cette version car je la trouve plus optimisé).
- SSD → 240Go Corsair
- HDD → 3To on 3 disk

English Version:
I have no worries for games like, minecraft, csgo or valorant for example.
On the other hand, as soon as I play big games like "Squad", "Fallout 4" I lose a lot of image live and I run extremely better in game.
I have a friend who has the same problem on gta 5 with a 2080 and a better processor.

Version Française:
Je n'ai aucun soucis sur des jeux comme Minecraft, CSGO ou Valorant par exemple, mais dès qu'il s'agit de jouer et d'encoder des jeux comme Squad ou Fallout 4 je perds énormément d'image par seconde alors que je tourne très bien en jeu.
J'ai un ami qui a le même soucis sur GTA 5 avec une 2080.
