Question / Help Overlay windows setting?

I want to capture/stream a programm. Within this program there is a window menu which is not captured - how hard I try... I found out that in the old OBS there is the source setting called "capture overlay windows" which fits the problem - but I cannot find this function in OBS Studio...
Can anyone help me?
