Overlay which rearranges the way a window is rendered/displayed?

The below image is a read-only window which display data.

I want the red box go right, and the blue box to go left, when being displayed in real-time on my PC screen.

Is there some way in OBS to do this? Perhaps by defining two sub-regions and then OBS can switch them for me?
