Question / Help Overlay Chat not working on another screen

I have 3 screens on my channel that I use with a visible chat in the overlay, 2 of them work fine with the chat showing up on the overlay, the 3rd refuses to work, it's the same browser source link in all 3, but it's just blank on the 3rd screen.

How can I have chat in the layout of 3 screens?
