Question / Help Overlay Any Video Source onto a Solid Color un-uniform Shape

So I am trying to set up a nice little recording frame made up of 4 layers

first is the main capture area

Next is the facecam area

Now what I would like to do is overlay the purple area with game footage, and the red with facecam, but only where the corresponding color is. Is there a way to go about this? I tried using chroma key, but that just makes it transparent which works great for just the game capturing but doesn't work at all for the facecam, as I either have the video extending past certain parts of the vines, or it doesn't fill up the entire area

Hi, maybe I am confused. Why not use png file and delete the red and purple color? Or psd file with transparency.

Image Mask/Blend filter can make required fields (area outside borders) of the image transparent. It can be applied to any source that will be placed over this image.
