Question / Help Overclocking is causing chromacam to crash obs?

So i have a logitech brio 4k pro webcam. I recently started to play around with overclocking the gpu. Now when i have the overclocked settings active and chromacam active, OBS crashes and i have to go into task manager to end task or i cant reopen OBS. However if i have just the web cam running (doesn't matter what resolution) OBS runs just fine with out crashing. i will try to include a log.

that thread doesnt address the issue im having the video within the thread doest address the issue i am having either.
