Question / Help Output to NDI or Spout

Hello guys,
First post. I did a search and came up empty.
I used OBS on my OSX for a few years and loved it.
Just moved back to windows due to hardware requirements and I have OBS but I'm missing a few features and wanted to know if anyone has gotten these features to work for them on Windows? And if so, What do I need to do, to get them working.

I'm looking to output my OBS via NDI or Spout stream. Is this possible?

It's in somewhat of a pre-release state but works. Some updates have been made but are not available as a release yet. Hopefully that will come soon-ish.

how do i install it? do i have to work with code? or is it just a package installer?

Download the installer from here: https://github.com/Palakis/obs-ndi/releases

And also install the NDI redistributables: http://new.tk/NDIRedistV2
