Question / Help Output/stream to window

I am using the Windowed Projector on the scene. With my conference software, GoToMeeting, WebEx, teams, etc.. I can share a window.

It would be nice if there is a full-fledged "stream to window" in which I could do scene transition and such in that window. Is there such a capability?

Put OBS in studio mode, right click the Program window and open a projector of the Program window.
