Bug Report Output Scaling issues

I am back with more unanswerable questions lol. I decided to give obs another try after a year or so.

so the problem is the output scaling doesn't go full resolution. canvas size is 1366x768, but the output is 1364x768 and it makes the video blurry. Can anyone help? [is this a bug? if not please move the thread, thanks]

[Intel Quick Sync] Oh and I see that the dual usage still hasn't been fixed lol. still using idle usage + recording usage. so forced to use MSI AB to record games... :|

I don't understand what you are saying about Quick Sync, I can record just fine with it.
And OBS classic also set the resolution to 1364x768.
