Question / Help Output Preview Issue

I am new to the forum. I had to change laptops for recording and streaming because my previous one did not have enough processor and memory resources
for OBS to perform properly and caused video to be choppy. Although the video is performing perfectly on the newer laptop, I have a problem with the output
preview showing video long and thin. My older laptop didn't do that. All of the OBS settings on the newer laptop match the OBS settings on the older one.
I have tried to change resolutions with no difference. I have also updated all of my drivers. Any ideas?

Check Video / Base Resolution, otherwise post a screenshot and log file.
