I plan on recording a gameplay and the result is not as good as I expected it to be. I was hoping that my recording output would be the same as the quality of the gameplay.

I saw this issue helping someone else. Check your monitor(s) set-up, there may be a feature that enables HDR automatically. If so, it needs to be disabled. Color Space should be Rec 709, your monitors Color Space is P2020.

After you get the monitors sorted, make sure OBS is also set back to Rec 709/Partial. This was your last setting change attempted in the log.
