Question / Help Output is going blurry sometimes?

Hey there =)

I just want to know something about the filter stuff etc.

My problem:
I stream with 720p resolution on 60 frames. So it works fine :) I got a upload bitrate on 3500.
Im streaming on Twitch and Hitbox too. So the game looks fine and run smooth. But my webcam (Logitech C920) is blurry. But this only in happens in "faster" games like a shooter or a racing game. If i play slower games like a rpg or something (Darkest Dungeon), it all looks perfect.

Any suggestions what i can do?

Gaming-Computer
Sound
Input-Devices

Im using the latest OBS-Studio version, also the latest aviable drivers for my setup. I got a 100/10 internet connection, using windows 10 on 64 bit.
