Output failing to start Issue

Every time I try to start the stream now, OBS will say that starting the output has failed, and that I should check if my drivers are up to date. They are all updated however, and still the problem persists. Here is the log :https://hastebin.com/oyujataheh

Update OBS. You are on a VERY old version, when the auto-updater broke (21.1.0).

You can just download the latest installation package from obsproject.com and install it over the top of the existing install to update it. Your settings/profiles/scene collections will be preserved.
