Question / Help Output Audio (Works in classic not Studio)

This lets me hear my console through my headphones. In OBS Studio the only thing I could find is this : https://gyazo.com/06bced53a037638851d5e895f1d023fd
The settings in here work but if I change it from capture audio only than the sound will not go to my obs and only my headphones while the capture only will work in my OBS and not the headphones. If anyone could help that would be great!

Does your recording device (you mention console, so I assume you're using an Elgato or the like) show up under the Recording Devices tab of the Sound panel (Right-click speaker in the system tray > Recording Devices)?
If so, you can right-click it and go to the listen tab, and forward that device to your headphones through Windows natively.

@velvitonator Nope using an Avermedia. Does not show up in recording devices.... Basically I have tried everything. In OBS Studio there is an option to output audio to desktop which works but the stream wont be able to hear the consoles audio.
