OUTPUT AND BASE RESOLUTION --ASPECT RATIO

I have recently purchased a USB Video Capture Card (USB 3) (Windows 10) and when using OBS it has changed the Resolution to 5:4
I needed to change the Aspect Ratio to 16:9
I understand the message describing to turn off any Video outputs to change settings.
I have de activated every Scene, but the aspect ratio is still greyed out.
Is there an option to turning off outputs in Bulk, or am I missing something

oooh. Just a moment: These capture cards driver is enforcing the whole obs to a different aspect ratio?

Very unusual. Normally the drivers may deliver (name it enforce) the source to have specific resolution and aspect ratio, but not the rest of the system.

If the global setting is greyed out there is some output on. If not recording or streaming that moment, do you have the virtual webcam activated? An configured NDI output maybe causal too.

Maybe you can deliver screenshots?

You cannot directly change the aspect ratio value. Instead, you change the resolution, and OBS will compute what aspect ratio this resolution is.

Thanks Guys
1. After checking all settings, The NDI output was on. Turned it off. All good.
I only checked the Aspect ratio when the problem occurred, not the Resolution. It was obviously the camcorder, not the Capture card
Also, I have several Scenes set up with the same Camera on each Scene. Going forward, Do I need to de activate the camera on each scene, or do I activate the camera on any scene and this will de activate the camera on the remaining scenes?
