Question / Help Outline and shadow text

I am trying to setup my OBS studio text files, and I can change the color of the font to 2 colors but outline and drop shadow have no options whatsoever for changing color, thickness, or anything like that.

Anyone else getting this issue? is it not even in the program, or am i just a potato and not seeing it.

I just switched to OBS Studio from OBS Classic and so far I am really not enjoying the experience.
