Out of sync stereo in video recording

Hello,

I made a recording but the stereo tracks seem to be out of sync. It sounds like two different people are playing at slightly different times.

1.) what is likely the issue
2.) how do I prevent this from happening
3.) is there any way to correct this?

- Run as Administrator
- set correct standard resolution (1920x1080 or 1280x720)
- I'm probably deaf because I can't hear the difference or it's too small for me.
