Question / Help Osu Dropping frames in game while OBS is running

Every time I start up Osu and start up OBS to record some plays that I have saved during the recording My game seems to lag and stutter at random intervals so playing with it open or recording/streaming seems to be impossible without missing

Attempted to lower setting and changed as much as I can while still keeping decent quality
Nothing seems to work sooo
