Osbot Tiny 2 causing random shutdown

Ever since I added an Osbot Tiny 2 to my OBS setup, OBS seems to randomly close. No warning, or messages, it just stops running. I have tried updating O/S and OBS but no success. I am running Ubuntu 25 with UbuntuStudio installed. OBS version is 32.
Any suggestions before I do a complete system rebuild?

Some additional information. When OBS shuts down I get the following messages in the terminal:error:
