Question / Help osb dont see amd radeon card

Hi, I have a Radeon graphics card adm. to upgrade my all worked well and worked video encoder (AMD), but now it's gone from the list, and is available only х264 (it is buggy)
What should I do?(

try updating your graphics drivers

If it is gone from the list now that means that you are either missing the required Visual C++ Redistributables or that your driver suddenly reports back that no APU/GPU supports encoding.

In order to tell which one it is, you should upload a log file.

Looks like for whatever reason the driver does not see the encoder part of the GPU. Contact AMD support, there's not much I can do here.
