Question / Help Optimum OBS setting for Twitch Stream to avoid FPS Drop

Hey, so im new in this OBS thing, im starting to stream my gameplay of CSGO (since so many people accuse me of cheating, and trying to prove them wrong :P), without streaming i have a fps of ~240 (I maxed it to 250, without maxing it i have around 300). But whenever I stream my games my fps dropped to 80-100 and its really bugging me since i need the fps to play, my system is currently running on
- Ryzen 5 1600
- Asus strix GTX 1060 6gb dual fan
- 16gb RAM DDR4 2400mhz
- 240gb SSD and 1tb HDD
- Original Windows 10 Home (FPP product)

I thought my system is enough to stream CSGO without changing anything to the setting in OBS, but i guess im wrong. It would be lovely for you guys to help me and Ill appreciate every single help you guys will give me, thanks!~
