I have an internet download of 200mbps and an upload of 35mbps. I am wonder what encoder (NVENC) 0r (x264) and bitrate I should use for optimum PC streaming to Twitch? Is 720p 60fs feasible or should I try for 1080p?

HP - OMEN by HP Desktop - Intel Core i5 - 8GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 - 1TB Hard Drive - Brushed Aluminum
