Optimal Stream Settings for my PC?

I am trying to stream Black Ops Cold War. I've spent hours now, tinkering with different setting recommendations from YT videos & articles. Nothing has seemed to fix it, and on the verge of giving up. I would prefer streaming in 1080p if capable, but would settle for 720p.

My game itself doesn't seem to be dropping frames or struggling to keep up with the demand of the game while streaming-- but my stream is slightly choppy. It isn't terrible, but it would bother me if I was a viewer.

It would be wonderful if anyone could point me in the right direction on the correct OBS settings

Monitor 1: 2560x 1140p @ 144hz
Monitor 2: PnP 1080p @ 60hz

Will put this here so you can self diagnose, to begin with, as those log files do not contain any output data for your stream session.

Analyzer | OBS

OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) is free and open source software for video recording and live streaming. Stream to Twitch, YouTube and many other providers or record your own videos with high quality H264 / AAC encoding.
