Question / Help Optimal settings for 1080p60fps on dedicated streaming PC using Live Gamer 4K

Hi everyone!

I have a 2 PC streaming setup, Live Gamer 4K installed in streaming PC, but my stream with almost default settings for Live Gamer 4K doesn't feel smooth. Live Gamer 4K is connected via HDMI to gaming PC GPU, and I clone display as it is suggested in this tutorial.

As a gaming PC I have the following:

CPU-i9-9900K

GPU-RTX 2070

RAM-32 Gb 3100 MHz

MB-ASUS PRIME Z370-PII

2x144hz displays

As a streaming PC I have:

CPU-AMD Ryzen 7 3800X

GPU-RTX 2060

RAM-16 Gb 3133 MHz

MB-MSI B450 Gaming Plus MAX

1x60hz display

I play at 144Hz display and with high fps(145-150). Stream doesn't look smooth as for me. I record and stream at the same time.

Do you have any suggestions for the settings to make stream look smooth?

stream using NVENC encoder.

Why? x264 using medium preset at 8000k bitrate looks better. And I don't think it's an encoder problem-I assume some troubles with settings.
