Question / Help Optimal CS:GO streaming settings

Hello everyone,

basically I want to start streaming CS:GO matches that I play.
However, I do not have the most powerful internet available.
I really don't have a clue about how certain settings affect the stream / performance.
I want to be able to play with as little lag as possible, while giving viewers a comfortable stream to watch.
I'll post my speedtest result / pc specs, hopefully any of you can help me find the best settings for me to use or give me a rough idea what settings to start with.

PC Specs:

CPU: Intel i7 4790K 4,00 GHz
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX TITAN X 12,0 GB
RAM: 16,00GB Kingston HyperX DDR3

730p30 at 3000-3500 Kbps using the fast preset should be fine. 720p60 should also work at that bitrate but won't look as good. Be sure to use vsync or cap your CS:GO frame rate to something reasonable if you have weird performance issues.
