Question / Help OPS shows no errors but twitch seems laggy

I tried diffrent settings today but all seems the end in a laggy stream.

For example the CoD Streams on https://www.twitch.tv/videos/248903844

latest log https://hastebin.com/wazujidolo

Would be great if you've some hints to get it more fluid.

Another example is the 40mins long Trackmania Video
