Opening Twitch vods while I am using OBS to stream on Twitch consistently crashes the Internet on my PC

Every time I open a twitch vod or move around in the video, it not only disconnects my OBS, it turns off the entire Internet connection for my PC. Not sure how this can happen. Logs attached
