Opening Settings Menu in OBS takes way too long...

This is an ackward issue i've been having for a little while now (several months at most)

These days I start up my stream and when i notice i do not have a quality control button on twitch, i shut off the broadcast, open the settings and switch to a different ingest server and try again.
Everything works fine, EXCEPT for the opening of the Settings menu which can take up to half a minute sometimes and it's extremely annoying XD
the moment the settings menu is open OBS responds fine, saving goes flawless but closing it also makes OBS a bit slow.

i've tried the following things so far:
- The "Disable Aero" option (this seemed to have helped a little bit)
- Complete Uninstall and Reinstall of OBS (including wiping the %appdata% folder and reimporting scenes and setting
- removing several plugins (I use NDI to send capture card video to my main PC so i can more or less use it as a "TV" for console gaming)
- Using a almost "naked" scene, this helped a tiny bit but it's still takes way too long imho.
- Updating to Windows 10 (This made shit even worse and i am glad i made a system image of the SSD before hand XD)

included are the last 10 log files, i believe in being thorough XD
Am willing to try a lot, apart from a complete reinstall of the OS (which i totally don't feel like)

Thanks in advance for any help provided

i forgot to mention that the PC running OBS is a dedicated streaming PC

when OBS is running (even when streaming) CPU and GPU aren't even being used fully.

That said: @cyclemat if you would have read properly you would have read that it's happening when i am NOT streaming.

I know they dropped W7 support a while ago
That does not mean OBS doesn't run on it anymore in fact it runs perfectly fine, except for the issue i have with the settings menu

i guess i could reroll OBS to the point before that.

BUT as i also stated: i tried upgrading to Windows 10 and the problem persisted, in fact: it got WORSE)...
Which made me reroll back to my W7 Install using an backup image
So yeah, not doing that again.

I also encounter this issue after upgrading to windows 11, before that in windows 10 I have no issue.
Does anyone have solution?

I have the same exact issue suddenly in Windows 10. Never had an issue with it before a few days ago.

My OBS is working fine, but since a couple of days ago I suddendly found this happening to me as well. OBS freezes for several seconds before opening the settings menu. Not a super big problem, but anoying nonetheless.
I don't think I've made any big changes to trigger this, so I'm a little confused, but looking at this thread, probably nobody has a real solution.
