Opening OBS on different monitors

I would like to know how to open OBS on different monitors. I would like to open on monitor two but can't figure out how to do it.

Once OBS is open, just drag the OBS window onto the second monitor. When you then close out of OBS, it will open back up on that second monitor.
That's how it works on my Windows 10 OS with 2 monitors.
