When I play Rocket League, I get 150-200 FPS. When I open OBS while playing Rocket League (with only the preview window open, not streaming), my Rocket League frames drop to 70-80 with massive stuttering.

I should note, I was streaming fine last night, with no FPS drops. I installed the new Windows 10 "Creators Update" this morning, and it seems to have reset a lot of my Windows settings.
