Bug Report Opening OBS causes HUGE FPS drop in minecraft

Im a youtuber and use OBS for recording. I updated to the multiplatform lately, but I am getting some major FPS drops in minecraft when opening the program. I always thought it was internet lag, since the drops mostly occur when playing online, but I noticed that without OBS opened, the game runs at 45FPS. after just opening OBS, it drops to 8-9FPS. I don't stream, only local record. I have 12GB ram, plenty of memory, and can run the most heavy modpacks without lag. This is clearly an OBS issue.
