I tried to use x264 and AMDVCE Capturing methods on Zandronum ( Doom Engine Port ) on OpenGL and it always captures with green artifacts, it doesn't happen on other games.

It didn't happen before. It started happening lately. I am not sure if I turned a setting I shouldn't on Zandronum or if AMD Driver updates messed this but it isn't working for me.
