Open Broadcaster Software (OBS) Advanced Video Tutorial

Hello, I'm looking for how I can use a stream overlay my teammate made for our streams. Does this guide go over stream overlays?
 
I think your overlay is a picture. Simply make a right click in your Sources and choose "Add Image". Now you can give the Image / Overlay a name. After that you get to the dialog where you can choose the picture location and other options. If the picture / overlay doesn't match your streaming size then you can click "Edit Scene" and resize the picture / overlay.

And I don't know If this is handled in the video tutorial or not.
