while streaming im am fine with my mic till voice chat in game is used , how do i fix and echo that occurs i can slightly hear myself talk in my headphones but on stream it sounds like im in a tunnel
only when using in game voice chat my stream echos

Somewhere, you've got a feedback loop. What are your audio settings? In every app?
Look at all the settings, everywhere, and draw a signal flow diagram of the entire system including all of the apps involved and what you know about the remote end. Not only of how you want it to be, but also how it is. The difference is what you need to fix.
