Question / Help Only Watch Dogs 2 Laggs in my OBS i cant not stream this game :(

RAM Team Group Elite 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 PC4-19200C16 2400MHz Dual Channel Kit - Black (TPKD432G2400HC16D

Grafická karta EVGA GeForce GTX 980Ti FTW ACX 2.0+ 6144MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card (06G-P4-4996-KR)

I do not know why this game but I'm the only one in which OBS is not working and the laggs. When I am in the menu or just standing there it goes fine but as soon as I start to move me now begins laggs again.....

What i need to do pls help :(

I have excellent internet connection, we can further explain how to set up I would be grateful because they really do not know what to do now

I don't have the game or hardware to able to run it. So, use only general suggestions that works every time.
