Question / Help Only track 1 of multi-track setup recording

Hi all,
I haven't used obs for a while, so I feel I should start off by saying there's almost certainly something really simple and stupid I'm forgetting.
I am trying to reset up my recording/streaming setup, but no matter what I do I can't seem to get anything but the first track of audio to record.
I have tried using different video formats and I've tried changing which audio devices are on which track.
As well as playing the video back after recording, to listen to see if it is recording the other tracks. I've been loading it into adobe premiere to double check whether the tracks have even been created which they have not been.

Here are my current settings

While writing this post I had the idea to pull forward my mixed track (the one that would normally go out to the live stream) from track 6 to track 1.
Now when I record it records the 1st 3 tracks
I tried moving the mixed track to position 4 but again it recorded just 3 tracks.

While not ideal, as I like to have a local recording at the stream audio, I could get by with just 3 recording tracks.
It is bugging me as but I can't get it to do what I want, and I don't even know why doing what i did would get it to start recording 3 of the tracks.

Any and all help welcome
As currently I just feel like hitting my head against a wall lol

Regards
Nick

Have you tried playing it back in VLC?
Also you are only selecting Track 1, 2 and 3 in your first screenshot.

Yes, tried playback in VLC. as well in Adobe premiere and in, I honestly don't know what the standard windows app is called now but that one lol
and in the 1st screenshot track 6 is selected as the mix track.

In the 1st screenshot it is not selected in Settings -> Output though. With these settings, VLC will show 3 tracks, ofcourse they will not play simultaneously, you have to switch tracks in VLC.

sorry I misunderstood what you meant before.

videos with the setting shown int he 1st Screenshot only show 1 track even in VLC though not 3.

although you are right and this is now why I only have 3 tracks with the settings changed as int he 2nd picture, thanks for the help

while I still don't know what was wrong before I am going to put it down to human error+human inability to recognize it, I must have changed more than just what audio devices played through what track and not realized.

again thank you for the help. you have saved me from slowly putting a larger and larger dent in my wall :)
