Hello!
I'm trying to figure out something that's making me frustrated...
Here's the thing, I have an Elgato HD60
The problem is that only the sound reaches OBS, the image does not.
The most interesting thing is that if I use the Elgato 4K Capture Utility program I get image and sound, everything works correctly. If I even use the Windows camera app, the image is also received without any problems.
Only in OBS it does not appear. And yes, I have all other things turned off when I'm using OBS so that no other programs can be used by the camera. And yes, I also have everything updated.
I installed the Streamlabs program just to test and the capture card was recognized immediately.
