Only one camera recognized

I can’t connect multiple cameras to OBS. It only shows the first one I connect. The cameras work (I tested each individually). I updated my drivers. I tried using USB ports on my laptop and on my USB hub and still the same problem. I’m not getting any type of error message.

Update: I can get my integrated webcam going plus 1 USB camera. I was hoping to use more than 1 USB camera, but I can’t get more than than 1 going

totally doable to have many USB webcams connected to a single computer.
HOWEVER
Can your computer have more? multiple of your particular webcam? that depends

- USB Root Hub overload
- cheap USB webcam with piss-poor drivers

in your case, if I read that CPU correctly, your CPU is simply too old and slow to process multiple video inputs. real-time video rendering is computationally demanding. Offloading that rendering to a dedicated chip (usually, GPU offload) helps (most of the time).
And laptops more subject to thermal throttling than desktop, typically.
