Only my external webcam (multilaser 2k) lags in OBS, the internal one works normally, can anyone help?

I tried several tips to configure the external webcam in OBS, but nothing works, I have Windows and the external webcam is a Multilaser 2k, the internal one runs perfectly, it is 720, even reducing the external configuration to 720, it does not work. I just don't use the internal one because of the position.
