I have the Tascam US-122MKII with a Shure SM57 Mic. I updated all drivers including MoBo onboard sound drivers and Tascam Drivers. OBS is a fresh download. It only allows me to use the Tascam US-122MKII as either an audio input and shows mic levels, or Desktop audio with the audio coming out of interface and through headphones. Never allows both at once. Tried both 48KHz and 41.1KHz sample rates. Tried different audio settings in Windows. I am able to input Mic audio and also Desktop audio at the same time only if I am pulling from a different windows sound output device. But then the audio comes through the speakers and that is not ideal for streaming or recording.
