Only in-game sound - Macintosh

Hey, I just downloaded OBS. I love it, except the audio issues. I only want the in-game sound, not my keyboard or anything, just the in-game. Can anyone help me? I've tried to do some searching on the topic, but it seems it pretty different on mac.

By Macintosh i meant a mac, not those big bulky things from 1990. I tried to be high-tech, I'm an idiot.

Your computer probably has a built-in microphone that is picking up ambient noise, including your keyboard. Go to Preferences menu, the Audio tab, and look at all the available audio devices and disable your microphone.

For in-game sound, you'll need another solution (SoundFlower, Sound Siphon, or something similar. OSX does not support sound the same way Windows does, so OBS cannot capture it without a third party solution.
