Only getting a recording of 1 second

Hello all,

I am running into the issue of recording (in general, my desktop or my game) and only getting one second of recording time.

My display I'm trying to primarily record is the 3440x2560 monitor, but I noticed that it was doing the same thing when I tried recording my second monitor which is a 1920x1080 monitor.

do you have an output timer that is stopping the recording?
